Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to Canada and the United States.
Where Your Order Ships From
Cyber Sage products are made on demand and do not ship from one fixed location.
After you place an order, our fulfillment partner selects a production facility based on the product, your delivery address, stock availability, the required printing method, and current production capacity.
Canadian orders may be produced and shipped within Canada when the product and printing method are available locally. Otherwise, an order may be produced in the United States or another international fulfillment facility and shipped across the Canadian border.
The country where a blank product was originally manufactured is not necessarily the country your finished order will ship from.
Production Time
Most products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, but timing can vary by product, availability, and fulfillment location.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are difficult to predict precisely. Carrier schedules, customs processing, border delays, destination, weather, holidays, and the selected fulfillment facility can all affect delivery.
Any delivery date shown at checkout or supplied by a carrier is an estimate, not a guarantee. Please allow additional time when an order must cross an international border.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping: Eligible orders receive free standard shipping when the subtotal is CA$75 or more after product and order discounts, for delivery to Canada or the United States. For U.S. customers, Shopify displays the approximately equivalent threshold in USD at checkout. The offer applies only when the available standard shipping rate is CA$15 or less. Express, expedited, and higher-cost shipping methods remain paid. Orders below the threshold are charged the rates shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement. Cross-border tracking may pause temporarily while a package is transferred between carriers or processed by customs.
Orders With Multiple Items
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities. Your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days.
Customs and Import Charges
Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other import fees assessed by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Changes
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once production or shipping begins, an address change may no longer be possible.
Delays or Delivery Problems
Because production partners, carriers, and customs authorities operate independently, Cyber Sage Supply Store cannot guarantee a delivery date or prevent every delay.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us through the store contact page or email cybersage.grove@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will help you review the available tracking information.
